TTC does provide any clearance of customs at the destination. The client is responsible for clearing the customs as well for paying any custom taxes and / or any other taxes and fees.

Once the product is collected by the shipper, it will take from 3-10 working days.

Our team of expects will contact you to do some troubleshooting and try to make it work.

If we are unable to fix the issue remotely we will either have to send you a part or it will be sent to the manufacturer directly for repair or replacement.
